Our sand box for toddlers all the way up to teenagers will keep them busy. We see children and parents enjoy sand box play time. We have picnic tables and comfortable lounge chairs for parents while the family swims and the little ones play in the sand box. We have installed privacy blinds to shield y'all from the sun. Under the house is a haven for play, hot/cold shower and bathroom/cabana for all.
Family time is fun with volleyball for all. Volleyball in the sand is fun for the whole family! Volleyball is provided.
The front porch has evolved into more of a sanctuary for the over worked and under paid!! All of our guests gasp and the view and peaceful zen-like time on the front porch. They have called it a "veranda". Kathy and I love sitting on the front porch watching and listening to the waves crash. We have provided seating for at least 20 guests on the porch. Vacations are like a pit-stop for our busy lives. Enjoy the peaceful time on the front porch! Dim the lights at night if you're a bit romantic. :)
We have created a stylish changing room/restroom directly outside of the pool. No need to go upstairs to use the rest room. Convenience rocks!

I have spent most of my life as a recording studio musician. Working with stars and being a studio musician (pianist/conductor) was always what I did and what I loved. I decided to change careers about 16 years ago and never looked back. Building beach houses is a new and challenging gig. Kathy and I feel that God has spoken to us. We will continue making fun beach villas for families to get away and find their "happy place" in our home at the beach. We have discovered that brides and grooms adore our villa for both their wedding reception and honeymoon. tons of room under the villa for 100 plus guests and having the wedding ceremony on the beach is the ultimate in romance. Beaches are usually desolate. The sugar white sand will sooth your soul as you stare out on the Gulf. We provide beach balls, beach floats and all things beach related for children of all ages at their vacation rentals. Bring your sun block for the young ones for their beach vacation. When you've had enough beach, come back and jump in the pool!
